Evoke88 Women's Retreat November 6–8, 2026

Rolling Ridge Conference Center, North Andover MA

Step away from the demands of everyday life and spend a weekend investing in yourself. This intimate retreat is designed for women who are ready to slow down, recharge, and create space for what often gets pushed aside. Through expressive arts, guided reflection, mindfulness, sound healing, time in nature, and meaningful conversation, you'll have the opportunity to step out of your daily routines and look at your life with fresh eyes.

Throughout the weekend, you'll explore thoughtfully designed experiences that encourage self-awareness, curiosity, and honest reflection. Together we'll examine the habits, beliefs, and patterns that shape our lives, celebrate the strengths that have carried us this far, and gently question what may no longer be serving us. Rather than focusing on fixing yourself, this weekend is about creating space to listen to yourself, reconnect with your values, and become more intentional about how you want to move forward.

You'll leave with practical tools to continue that work long after the retreat ends, including mindfulness practices, reflective exercises, expressive arts experiences, and simple behavior change strategies that can be integrated into everyday life. Just as important, you'll experience what it feels like to be part of a supportive community where women listen with curiosity rather than judgment, conversations have depth, laughter comes easily, and everyone has the opportunity to be seen, heard, and valued.

Throughout the weekend you'll experience expressive arts workshops, guided reflection and journaling, time in nature, evening sound baths using gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments, morning movement and yoga, optional Reiki sessions, delicious meals, and time to enjoy the peaceful grounds of Rolling Ridge Retreat Center. The schedule is intentionally spacious, allowing time to rest, connect, reflect, and simply enjoy being present.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at sduato@evoke88.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

This retreat was created for women who are ready to step away from the demands of everyday life and intentionally make time for themselves.

Perhaps you're in a season of transition. Your children are growing up or leaving home. Your career is changing. You're navigating a new chapter in life, or you've simply realized you've spent years caring for everyone else and are ready to reconnect with yourself.

You don't need any experience with expressive arts, mindfulness, yoga, journaling, or sound healing. What matters most is that you're curious, open minded, and willing to explore something new.

This retreat may be a wonderful fit if you:

• Are looking for a meaningful weekend away to reflect, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

• Would enjoy meeting thoughtful, kind hearted women who value authenticity, curiosity, and genuine conversation.

• Are coming with a friend or are comfortable coming on your own. Many women attend solo, and our retreats are intentionally designed so everyone feels welcomed, included, and connected.

• Are looking for more than a vacation. You want an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, inspired, and with practical tools and new perspectives to bring home with you.

• Enjoy creativity, mindfulness, time in nature, and opportunities to slow down enough to notice what really matters.

• Are willing to gently stretch beyond your comfort zone from time to time, knowing that personal growth often begins with trying something new.

• Believe you don't need to have everything figured out to begin.

You don't have to be outgoing to enjoy this retreat. Some women leave feeling energized by conversation, while others find just as much meaning in listening, observing, journaling, creating, or spending quiet time in reflection. Listening is every bit as valuable as speaking, and every activity is an invitation, never an expectation. There is room for all of it here.

This weekend isn't designed to be a luxury spa getaway or a vacation filled with nonstop activities. Instead, it's an intimate retreat centered around meaningful experiences, creativity, thoughtful conversation, and genuine connection.

This retreat may not be the best fit if you are:

• Looking primarily for a resort experience with spa services and luxury amenities.

• Hoping for an itinerary packed from morning until night with constant activity.

• Looking for a retreat where you can simply sit back and be entertained rather than actively participate in the experience.

• Uninterested in creative exploration, reflection, or engaging in supportive group experiences.

• Looking for psychotherapy or treatment for a mental health condition.

While participants often describe the weekend as deeply meaningful and even therapeutic, it is important to understand that this is not therapy. I am not a licensed mental health therapist, and this retreat is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions or provide clinical counseling. Rather, it is an educational and experiential retreat that blends expressive arts, guided reflection, mindfulness, sound healing, and supportive community to encourage self awareness, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

Most importantly, my goal is to create an environment where you feel safe, welcomed, and free to participate in whatever way feels right for you. Whether you choose to share openly, listen quietly, spend extra time journaling, or simply soak in the experience, your way of participating is enough.

Many participants feel this way before their first retreat.

Sharing is always an invitation, never an expectation. You are always welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you.

Listening is just as valuable as speaking.

Creating a safe, respectful environment where everyone feels comfortable is one of the foundations of every Evoke88 retreat.

No.

Every activity throughout the weekend is optional.

You are welcome to participate fully, observe quietly, spend time journaling, take a walk on the grounds, or simply rest if that's what you need.

This weekend is about honoring your own pace.

Throughout the weekend we'll explore expressive arts, guided reflection, mindfulness, journaling, meaningful group conversations, sound healing, yoga or Qigong, and time in nature.

The schedule also includes unstructured free time to relax, explore the beautiful property, or simply enjoy being away from everyday responsibilities.

Sound healing is a deeply relaxing experience using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments.

Most participants simply lie comfortably, close their eyes if they wish, and notice the sounds and vibrations.

No experience is needed.

Absolutely.

Many women attend on their own, and it's often one of the things participants appreciate most. The retreat naturally creates opportunities for meaningful conversation and connection.

The Carriage House offers a variety of comfortable accommodations, including both private and shared rooms. Room selection is available on a first come, first served basis.

If having your own room is important to you, I encourage you to register early, as private rooms are limited.  If you choose a shared room, I'll thoughtfully pair roommates whenever possible. If you're attending with a friend, you're welcome to request to room together.

The Carriage House itself is a charming historic New England home with comfortable gathering spaces and plenty of room to spread out. One of my favorite spaces is our private meeting room with its beautiful fireplace, where we'll gather throughout the weekend for workshops, expressive arts, sound healing, and conversation. During free time, you're welcome to return there to journal, read, enjoy a cup of tea, work on an art project, or simply relax by the fire.

Bathrooms are shared throughout the Carriage House and are clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Beyond the Carriage House, you'll also have access to the peaceful grounds of Rolling Ridge Retreat Center, including walking trails, labyrinths, lakeside views, and beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the weekend.

Your registration includes two nights of accommodations, all meals, every workshop and group activity, expressive arts supplies, sound healing experiences, yoga or Qigong, access to the beautiful Rolling Ridge grounds and walking trails, and your personal retreat journal. Optional one on one Reiki sessions are available for an additional fee.

  • Comfortable clothes for workshops and relaxing

  • Walking shoes, hiking shoes, or sneakers for exploring the beautiful trails and grounds
  • A light jacket or fleece, as November weather can be cool, especially in the mornings and evenings

  • Comfortable pajamas and sleepwear
  • A refillable water bottle
  • A journal if you have one you love (a retreat journal will also be provided)

  • A cozy blanket or shawl if you'd like something familiar for sound healing or quiet reflection
  • A beach towel or outdoor blanket if you'd enjoy sitting outside to journal, read, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings

Most importantly, bring an open mind, a willingness to try something new, and permission to simply be yourself. I'd love to talk with you.
